I have a psychology degree and spent my career in marketing — at Apple, at a venture-backed startup that went public, at organizations like Coursera and GlobalEnglish. Understanding how people think has been the through-line.

Good marketing uses that understanding honestly. What's changed is how technology now shapes what people see, feel, and decide — without their awareness. That observation became the Ethical AI Guide in the OpenAI GPT store, and the foundation for Jenntelligence.ai.

I still market. I also think people deserve to understand the systems influencing them. Those two things aren't in conflict — they're the same instinct.
